RETURNS POLICY
All custom made products are non-refundable ie. custom printed fabrics ,wallpapers and rugs. A sample swatch may be ordered before placing your final order. Please make sure all dimensions and measurements are submitted correctly for custom orders.
You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. No returns will be accepted for any product/s that is not sufficiently packaged, regardless of the reason for return. Once we are satisfied with the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item. Exchanges may be to the value of your refunded item.
Sale items may not be returned.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Fabric Bank is not responsible for any third party shipping damages or delays. You must ask your courier service to check your goods on collection to make sure there are no damages before transporting.
Damaged goods from way of delivery must be photographed and sent to info@fabricbank.co.za so we can resolve.
There may be no returns on international orders.
